WHAT IS THE THICKNESS OF THE TARPAULIN OF A FLEXIBLE TANK?
The thickness of a technical fabric depends on its coating. Its thickness is generally between 0.7 and 1.2 mm. Consisting of a weave that ensures its reinforcement, the thickness of a technical fabric does not really matter. Other parameters to consider include its breaking strength and elongation at break.

The choice of our fabrics is made both by our experience and by the technical characteristics of the liquids likely to come into contact with the coating. This is why we have an extensive range of technical fabrics to meet the specificities and storage conditions that may be required of us. For example, we store manure in flexible tanks whose technical fabric is different from that used for water storage.
DOES OUR FLEXIBLE TANKS USED TO STORE DRINKING WATER?
For each type of fluid, and particularly for water and drinking water, we adapt the fabric of our containers (high tenacity polyester) with the most efficient coating to prevent the formation of microorganisms. All our technical fabrics meet the compliance test for the conservation of the liquid and the IANESCO certificate for the non-migration of products from the fabric to the stored liquid, even in the case of long-term storage. This means that Ecoflexitank tanks protect your water from any external pollution, without deteriorating.
IS THERE THE SMALLEST PROBABILITY OF LIQUID LEAKING FROM THE TANK?
This is possible if the production doesn’t use the technology of welding with high frequency current or the violation of production technologies. Ecoflexitank is a manufacturer who uses the technology of protecting welded seam DOUBLE LAYER PROTECTION. Our production is certified according to international quality standards. We are responsible for our product, we guarantee a high level of safety and long-term operation of products.

For absolute tightness, an insulating tape is used to protect the seam from inside. The penetration of corrosive substances into the cord base and violation of the integrity is impossible. That is why leaks of Ecoflexitank tanks are excluded.
HOW TO INSTALL OUR FLEXIBLE TANKS?
The installation of our flexible tanks requires a perfectly flat and horizontal surface with the empty dimensions of the tank + 2.00 m in length and width. The platform must be targeted at the level. It must be clean and stable, without perforating elements. It must be able to support the weight of the full tank without collapsing or eroding. A compacted gravel bed is recommended to ensure a stable platform.
